Mr. Grinchmas takes pride in spreading cheer, laughter, and a little bit of mischief during the holiday season! While Mr. Grinchmas aims to make every event and purchase a joyful experience, please read his policy carefully before making any payments or purchases.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for appearances, events, bookings, tickets, merchandise, or other services through Mr. Grinchmas are NONREFUNDABLE and must be paid in advance to sercure services.

Once a payment is submitted, it may not be canceled, refunded, or reversed for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Weather or travel issues
Missed events
Dissatisfaction with event performance or merchandise

2. Returns (If Accepted)

While all sales are final, Mr. Grinchmas reserves the right — in his sole and absolute discretion — to allow a return or exchange in exceptional circumstances.
Examples may include:

A product arrives damaged or defective, or
A confirmed duplicate order or transaction error.

If a return or exchange is approved:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or the event date to be eligible.
Shipping or return postage costs are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Event Cancellations or Postponements

In the unlikely event that Mr. Grinchmas cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, inclement weather, illness, or acts of Whoville mischief), affected customers will be notified as soon as possible.

At our discretion, we may:

Offer rescheduling options for another event date, or
Provide credit toward a future booking or purchase.

Cash refunds will not be issued.

By making a purchase from Mr. Grinchmas Entertainment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of Mr. Grinchmas.
